These terms govern your use of OR9 Job Assistant. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you have questions, contact support@or9.tech.
What the service does
OR9 provides tools to organize applications, evaluate roles, prepare resumes and cover letters, review hiring email updates, and prepare for interviews. Features, access levels, and usage limits may change as the product develops. The service does not submit an application or make a commitment to an employer merely because you create a draft, resume, or interview session.
Your account and information
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide information you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing your profile, application records, generated documents, and any information you choose to send to an employer. You keep ownership of the material you provide. You permit OR9 and its service providers to process that material only as needed to run, secure, and support the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Interview capture and participant permission
Interview Studio can capture microphone audio, shared meeting audio, and a screen question only after your browser grants access. You control when capture starts and stops. Before using capture or transcription in a real interview, you are responsible for informing participants, obtaining any permission required where you and they are located, and following the meeting platform's and employer's rules. Do not use the service to capture a conversation or screen you are not permitted to share.
AI results and hiring decisions
AI generated text, transcription, speech, fit assessments, and interview suggestions are aids for your own review. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular role. Check facts and suitability before relying on them. OR9 does not guarantee an interview, job offer, hiring decision, application outcome, or a particular response time.
Connected services
If you connect a mailbox or sign in with another provider, you authorize OR9 to use that connection for the feature you selected. Your use of a third party service remains subject to that provider's rules. You can disconnect a mailbox in Settings. You must not provide credentials or content that you are not authorized to share.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access or usage controls, probe other accounts, use the service to violate the law or another person's rights, or submit misleading identity or career information as fact. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep OR9 available, but features may be interrupted, changed, or retired. We may update these terms as the service develops. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service and contact us about your account.
